Digestion
Main goals in your diet should be digestion. Many problems occur through
undigested fats, proteins, and carbohydrates traveling through the
bloodstream wreaking havoc on already weakened organs. This is why we are
highly promoting multiple digestive enzymes and probiotics. This will help
take the stress off of a weakened digestive system, as well as be taken
therapeutically in between meals. Major fasting is another way to get the
body to produce enough enzymes to restore health, and help your body remove
toxic blockages.
Acidity & More Alkalinizing Foods.
Problems from indigestion result in acidity. This is fermentation &
putrification of undigested foods turning into harmful acid in the body.
After time it starts to destroy cells and produce scar tissue throughout the
body. To keep things from ever getting to this stage we must watch our
digestion as well as the acid level of foods, and eat more alkaline foods.
Much of this can be reversed through proper supplementation of all our
recommended products. Some Alkalinizing foods are almonds, cashews, and
sunflower seeds. Soak the seeds in water over night and you have something
better than any of the over the counter antacids. Eating anything that is
high in sugar, fat, or has been deep-fried is almost always immediately
acidic. Protein should be eaten separately from sugars. For example don't
eat deserts at the same time as your meal.
High Nutrient Foods
Most people are getting very little of the daily 90 essential nutrients.
Some of the most important ones are amino acids, and which can only be found
completely in fish, eggs, or dark green foods. Another 60-70 of the
essentials are trace minerals also not even found in many multivitamins.
However the 60-70 trace minerals are found abundantly in UNREFINED sea salt.
These are major building blocks for healthy cells. Most people who have been
depleted for so long will need to eat massive quantities of spinach,
broccoli, cabbage, vegetable juices, and take a supplement such as Wheat
Grass. These foods restore the blood to full strength as well as cleanses
toxins out. You really can't overdose on wheatgrass but if you have too much
late in the day you may be unable to sleep because of so much energy.
Water
Nearly every Doctor in the world says we need 8 glasses of water per day.
This cannot be overstated. However the timing of when you drink is important
so you don't offset digestion and put stress on the kidneys. It is best to
drink water at least 1/2 hour before meals and at least two hours after
meals. It should be natural mineral or spring water. If you can't afford it
then put a small pinch of UNREFINED sea salt in every third glass of water.
(However, when having any salts you must also have high potassium in your
diet. Wheatgrass or lemon are great sources of potassium.)
